Now in its twenty fifth year, Tustin Developments Limited continues its active involvement in property development and investment, in the Preston area of Lancashire and in the wider north west region. Tustin is based at its Red Scar Business Park in East Preston from where it manages its property portfolio of offices, shops, warehousing, industrial and car parking premises. It currently manages over 150 properties let in eight different locations as well as controlling its own refurbishment and new build schemes.
Current projects include the extension of the Red Scar Business Park to make a further 40 acres of land available for development and the completion of the Tustin Way section of the estate to provide a further 15,000sq.ft. warehouse adjacent to the M6.
Design and build packages can be offered on the recently serviced area of Red Scar. Land is also available for sale or leases.
