As a property investment and development company our objective is to operate successfully, in both commercial and industrial markets, and to build and maintain an investment portfolio.

Based at its own Red Scar Business Park the Company is committed to active management and development and we recognise the significance of our activities and policy decisions on the environments and communities in which we operate. We believe that Corporate Responsibility (CR) has to be a fundamental element of our approach to doing business.

The Investment Portfolio currently held by the Company has been accumulated since it's inception and is managed by the experienced Property team. This includes an "in-house" maintenance department that gives the Company an enormous advantage over its competitors.

In accumulating its Portfolio Tustin has sought to invest in and/or develop high quality retail, office, factory and warehousing property. Properties such as Tustin Court, which is 40,000 sq.ft of luxury office accommodation overlooking Preston Marina, or Red Scar Business Park, a 160 acre Business Estate incorporating over 500,000 sq.ft of factory and warehousing units, merely highlight such a commitment.

The Company acquires property in established or improving locations and, through active management, produces increased income and capital returns by improving the quality of the buildings and thereby attracting higher calibre tenants on more beneficial lease terms. The Company only buys properties which satisfy the criteria to bring about growth in value through renovation, reconstruction, lease or tenancy improvement, change of use or other rationalisation.
