The Company recently purchased 2 similar developments. Both are a mixture of shops and offices with well established and very local tenants.

Longton

The first is located in the heart of Longton on the outskirts of Preston. Longton is a small town about 4 miles to the south of Preston. It is a picturesque village and busy Preston suburb. The Premises occupy a highly visible location with their principal frontage to both Liverpool Road with the return frontage along Franklands.



The accommodation comprises almost 5,000 sqft of retail on the Ground Floor and just short of 6,000 sqft of office space on the first floor.

Cheadle

Shortly after the purchase of the Longton development the Company purchased something of a similar nature at Cheadle. Cheadle is a well established suburban shopping centre and commuter village for the city of Manchester and is located around 6 miles south of the city centre.

The block of shops and offices is situated in an established location on the corner of High street and Massie Street in the Cheadle village centre. It comprises a block of 5 shop units together with a separate 1st floor suite of offices, having frontages to both High street and Massie Street.
