Mr. Gholam Hossein Ghiassi, 57 - Chairman
Founded Tustin Developments Limited in March 1985 and has remained Chairman since that date.
Mr. Andrew Roberts, 42 - Managing Director
Joined the Company in 1987. He was invited onto the Board of Directors in March 2001 when he became Finance Director and was appointed Managing Director in January 2003.
Mr Paul Smith 55 - Property Director
With nearly 40 years experience in the property profession, Paul qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1973.
With a career in both private and public sectors Paul is a former Local Government Chief Officer, and also spent many years in private practice agency, development and property management.
He worked on his own account for a number of years and first worked for Tustin on a consultancy basis, joining the company in early 1999. He was appointed to the Board of Directors in March 2001.
Mr. Malcolm Kenyon, 62 - Commercial Director
Joined the Company in 1990 as Finance Director. He has over 30 years experience in the construction industry with Sir A.McAlpine, Connolly Brothers and Carefoots. Became Company Secretary in March 2001 at which point he also took on a newly formed Commercial Directors role.
Mrs Lesley G Sorsby - Accounts manager/PA to the Chairman
Started with the Company in 1989 as Secretary to the then Managing Director. In 1996 Lesley became PA to the Chairman and in 1997 developed a dual role with the added responsibility of Accounts Manager.
Mr I.Begbie - Business Park Manager
Has been with the Company since 1989. He was appointed Business Park Manager in 1999 and controls both the workforce and maintenance schedules of the Business Park.
Mr Fathali S Mansoori - Health & Safety Officer
Appointed in 2000 to maintain the Company's Health & Safety issues to the extremely high standards, which are demanded. Dr.Mansoori's appointment highlights the seriousness with which the Company view it's Health and Safety Policy.
Mrs Vivienne Altham - Receptionist/Secretary
Joined the Company in 1999 to manage the administrative duties of its General office.
